Bob is the co-founder of Vestlink Holdings and MAD Concepts Group, which stands for Make a Difference and embodies our core value of generating a positive impact on every business, community, and person with which we interact. Bob oversees the daily operations of Slim Chickens, Floyd's 99 Barbershops and Jakes Burgers and Beer.

Bob is an experienced operator who leads teams through a lens of achieving strong results with an emphasis on placing people first. Bob has successfully directed the people transition for multiple acquisitions, merging the teams into our operating culture and systems.

Prior to self-employment and ownership, Bob’s senior level business management experience came supporting the growth of Potbelly Sandwich Shop.  He started when the brand had a mere five shops in Chicago and left at over 400 locations. Bob generated results in all levels and support functions of business operations during this expansion and coordinated closely with four different senior leadership teams both in the field and office. Among other things, Bob wrote the operations manual for the brand, led Ops Services/Implementation, and developed the franchise program into a consistent avenue of regional growth. It is this foundational backbone and experience that drives our daily operational focus while simultaneously retaining the flexibility to immediately address the needs of our customers and teams.
